Tackle

Fly and spin tackle will be of the highest quality and kept in excellent condition ready for your use. If you would like to use your own tackle, check with me to see if its appropriate for these tropical conditions and hard fighting fish.

Flies provided are the patterns that work in Biscayne Bay. The dominant bait is shrimp and crabs. I usually have some in the livewell even if we are flyfishing. During cold fronts or poor visibility, it can be helpful to chum the flats.
